Ebi Robert, a Bayelsa State Lawyer writes:
“I am not a hater of those appointed, but, I begin to think about something: Blessing Eradiri is a Bayelsa State Ijaw girl. She graduated with a first class from the Faculty of Law, Niger Delta University. Before that, she represented the Niger Delta University, and indeed Nigeria at the Prof. Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition”.
“Not only so, she also went to the Law School and graduated with a first class. Not only so, she is the first student from the Niger Delta University to bag a first class from the Nigerian Law School”.
“Please can the Bayelsa State government tell me what appointment was given to this lady? As I speak, a firm in Lagos recognized her potential and her services, and as such, was retained, but what about our state, her state” ???
“What appointment did she receive? What recognition did the state government give her? (this is not about DIRI, it is about the government, past and present”.
“I think we should start mapping out our priorities if we are to be recognized as serious people”.
“Congratulations to all those appointed”…
