Covid-19: Reopening of Cinemas and Recreational Centres

The manager of a cinema in Rivers State, Johnson Ibironke, is appealing to the state government, Barr. Ezenwo Wike, to consider reopening cinemas, following the gradual resumption of businesses in the state.
Mr Johnson also promised that cinema operators will ensure they comply with all COVID19 protocols if this appeal is granted.
